One of our most asked questions is "What do I price my items?"You determine the price you'd like to ask for your items. We recommend pricing your items at 25%-35% of the original retail price. If you have a "picture" outfit your child wore only once, yes you will most likely be able to ask a little more for it verses an outfit that your child wore more often. Please remember all items need to be stain, tear and damage free! Please do not include "play clothes" or clothes your children wore all them time! Most outfits begin to show too much wear if they were one of your child's favorites. Below you will find a guide to help lead you when pricing your items. Keep in mind what you would be willing to pay! When pricing infant-24 month keep in mind this is our largest selection and you should price more competitively.
IMPORTANT NOTES: BUYERS COME FOR THE BARGAINS. Regardless of quality or name brand, buyers will only buy items priced for less than what is available in stores--without exception. Aim for pricing to sell without selling yourself short. PRICE MODESTLY. Generally clothing, toys, baby equipment, and other items do not sell for more than 25% to 33% of the original price. Price according to what you would be willing to pay at a consignment sale in its current condition. NEW, NEVER USED and STILL PACKAGED items never sell for full retail price. New items hung on hangers with the original sales tag still attached do sell for a slightly higher price than listed. Please price modestly or people simply won't buy it.
