Register Now             

Please read all instructions thoroughly if this is your first time with us.  We have a complete barcoding and inventory system. 

  • 1. PRINT OR PICK-UP PRICE TAGS:   You may print your tags onto card stock (similar to business card or index card stock) OR you may pick up tags at the BancorpSouth Sportsplex in Snowden Grove park. (We will send an email when tags are available for pick-up.  If you'd like to pick them up early please contact Lori@MommysSecret.com).

      

  • 2. PREPARE your items - Wash, iron, repair buttons, gather loose pieces of toys and do whatever is necessary to ensure that your items are in excellent condition. Items will be returned that do not meet our guidelines.

    - Hang clothing on Hangers

  • Hanger should look like a question mark when you are looking at the front of the garment.  All pants should be hung from the WAIST, you can use pants hangers or use LARGE safety pins to attach them to wire hangers.  This prevents pants from falling off the hangers and allows buyers to examine them easily.
  • 3. GATHER AND ORGANIZE the items you are selling

    The more organized you are, the quicker Drop Off will be! Best you can, order your items by GENDER and SIZE before you start. 

    4. COMPUTER ENTRY (It's fun and easy, you don't even have to type!)

  • Gather your clothing in a neat pile beside you at the computer.  If you are going to a friend's house, library or drop-off to enter your items click here for an easy to use inventory sheet.  If you plan to enter your items at drop-off please call 662-449-0762 to set an appointment.  If you enter your items online prior to drop-off no appointment is neccessary.
  • Register and Train - Clicking "Register Now" below will allow you to signup as a consignor. You will be asked for your name, address, email and you will choose a password (Write this down.)
  • You will then be asked to complete four "training" screens to assure that we are on the same wavelength regarding quality, pricing and organization. This only takes about 5 minutes. Once you finish, you will be given a Consignor ID and a Batch number (write these down!!)
  • Enter your descriptions and prices on the Web - These are all "pull-down" menus! So this goes really fastEnter a description and price for each of your items. Do this carefully and accurately. You will be able to save your work and come back to it later if you'd like.
  • Choose if you would like to DONATE items which do not sell. You will be able to choose NONE, ALL or select certain items to donate after the sale if they do not sell.
  • PRINT your inventory sheet. You can print it after you finish the Donate Screen, or go back to the Check Sales button and pull up your batch.
  • TAG AND NUMBER your Garments

    Once you have priced your garments and have a listing on the website, safety pin a tag to each garment (No straight pens please! They Hurt!). To help you keep your items in order write the assigned number onto each corresponding tag.

     

    5. DROP OFF - When you come to the sale with your items, we will have your price labels printed out and you can attach them to your tags quickly and accurately before you leave. Make sure and bring them in numerical order. Please allow 30 minutes to an hour for Drop Off. The earlier in the week you come, the quicker it will be!!

    6. PICK UP DAY - Pick Up your unsold clothes and your CHECK$ Monday, April 14th from 6:30 p.m.-8:00 p.m. If you do not pick up your items your check will be mailed. ALL ITEMS LEFT AFTER PICK UP WILL BE DONATED TO CHARITY, SINCE WE HAVE TO BE OUT OF THE FACILITY.

    The process is simple once you become familiar with it!

    *** One of the reasons our sale has become such a success is you - our consignors and our volunteers. If you are interested in working a four hour shift during the sale, you will be invited to our Volunteer's Pre-Sale. See our "Volunteer" page for more info and to sign up.

    Ready to go for it?

    ALL consignors must register once.  ALL consignors will be assigned a new consignor number with our new system.  Don't worry you can register now and come back and enter your items later. You can come back and enter items as many times as needed until you are complete.  If you enter your items and finished then find more - NO problem, just start another batch!  But ALL your items will have the same consignor number! AND REMEMBER YOU DON'T HAVE TO KNOW HOW TO TYPE!
