Please read all information on this page, as we have made quite a few changes for this sale!

What is accepted?

Holiday Decor, Ornaments, Christmas Trees, Wreaths, Bows, Table Runners, Tree Skirts, Outside Décor, Santa’s, and anything else Holiday! We will also accept Thanksgiving decorations as well. Please see preparation notes for your ornaments.

Toys! We will accept all toys provided that they are in good working condition. We will have a testing station with batteries available for testing purposes. PLEASE check your toys to assure they work properly, many of the toys purchased will be for Christmas and we do NOT want unhappy children OR unhappy parents.

Clothing - We will only accept clothing that is holiday themed. For example it needs to have Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays on it! NO general Fall & Winter Clothes please.

Household items - We will accept furniture, tables, shelves, rugs, and Home Decor items.


What is the minimum selling price for this sale? $2.00

What is the percentage this sale?

You will receive 60% of your total sales minus a $5 building fee.


We have a NEW item entry system!

Everyone who wishes to consign will need to register as a new consignor for this sale. Our new system has done away with the confusing alpha consignor codes! You will also notice a lot of new advanced features when entering your items. Please remember we will be glad to guarantee your items but you must include 3 descriptions. For example we can not guarantee an item with a description of "Toy" but we will guarantee an item with the description of "5 Rescue Hero Figures".

NO MORE LABELS! That's right. No more labels, no more lining up the printout! You will simply print the barcode TAGS directly on CARDSTOCK. You can purchase cardstock at any office supply, Wal-Mart or Target. Look for 65# Cardstock, 90# Index or 80# Cover, any of these will work. You just want to make sure the stock is heavy enough that it will not easily tear off.


Do I have to schedule a drop-off appointment? Yes, we ask that everyone schedule a drop-off appointment. Please visit our Dates & Times page to schedule your appointment.

Our plans.

We will have volunteers posted throughout the sales floor at "posts" to assure that children do NOT open any of the toys. Please note there will be NO CHILDREN allowed at the presale for this event.

We will have a Battery Testing Station available for the public to TEST the toys to assure they work. If a toy is returned to us for "Not working" your account will be debited.

There will be signs up throughout the Sales Floor notifying customers that their children must be accompanied by an adult at ALL times.
