Helpful Tip: Our barcode labels are placed on the
tag you attach to your item. You may pick up
tags at the BancorpSouth Sportsplex in Snowden Grove
Park. (Approximately 5 weeks prior to dropoff) OR
Print them (see above).

Once you have
completed entering your items you have two options.
We will print your labels OR you can print your
labels. Printing your labels is easy. You can
pick up label stock and tags at the
BancorpSouth Sportsplex in Snowden Grove Park. Follow the instructions below to
print your labels. After printing the labels
apply them to the tags. If you have
problems printing your labels, please give us a
call. We will print them for you and you will be
emailed when they are ready to be picked up at the
BancorpSouth Sportsplex in Snowden Grove Park. Please see

Printing
Instructions: (You may want to print this page for
reference)
To
print your labels
you will need to do the following: (You MUST print the
tags in COLOR)
1.
Finish your batch.
2. Pick
up the label stock at the BancorpSouth
Sportsplex in Snowden Grove Park. 3.
Change one setting on Internet Explorer: Choose Tools,
then Internet Options, then Advanced. About halfway
down the various selections you should see Printing.
Put a check mark in "Print background colors and
images".
4A. On
your COLOR printer, choose Printer Setup:
Choose Landscape with margins of .25" for Top,
Left, and Bottom. The Right margin is .43".
4B. Make
sure NOTHING is in the Header and Footer boxes. Click
"Apply" or "OK".
5.
Choose Print and print the label sheets.
6. Peel
your labels off and apply to the tags (see Register
Now page for complete instructions).
If you don't
enter your items into our system the inventory sheet
is due to us one week prior to the sale.. There is a cost
of $10.00 per 50 items and payment is due at drop-off.
