be possible without the help of our volunteers.
All volunteers work one 4 hour shift. We also
offer a limited number of Key Volunteer positions.
Key Volunteers work a minimum of 15 hours and earn
Mommy's Secret Bucks to use toward their purchases!
ALL Key Volunteers must work Breakdown - and will be
able to take their unsold items and checks at the end
of breakdown. We also need men for set-up and tear-down (their
shifts are shorter!), wives let your husband work and
you shop early! NEW!
Breakdown Incentives! We will be having a
new breakdown system for this sale and we need 24
volunteers to work. We expect Breakdown to take
about 3 hours, but we need everyone to stay until
everything is sorted. Work Breakdown and you
will be allowed to shop before all other regular
volunteers! Breakdown is
going to be fun with Music and a Breakdown Manager to
keep things going!
We ask that ALL Volunteers
place our Magnets on their vehicle. Magnets are perfectly safe for your paintjob, just
wash the area before applying. We need to build
awareness so you have more buyers for your clothes and
more consignors for you to shop from!
Non-Consigning Volunteers:
We do offer volunteer positions for those
who are unable to consign. All non-consigning
volunteers are required to work one 4 hour shift plus
Breakdown in order to shop the Volunteer Pre-Sale.
In order to be a Key Volunteer you will be required to
work 15 volunteer hours PLUS Breakdown. If
you do not show up for your chosen shift you will not
be allowed to Volunteer in our next sale. Click

Volunteer Opportunities:
Sign
Placement: All signs must be placed Friday
after 4:00 p.m. Each city has regulation
prohibiting sign placement during the week.
Signs can not be placed before 4:00 p.m.! Signs
should be picked up Sunday evening, perferably after
dark but no earlier than 5:00 p.m.
- Each Volunteer will be responsible for the
placement of 4-6 signs depending on the location.
- We will have a detailed map with your signs when
you pick them up.
- Place signs where they can be easily read by
passing traffic. Many intersections require
being placed on the median. The cracks allow
for the sign to be pushed securely in.
- If a sign is taken down over the weekend please
notify us for a replacement sign. (This is
highly unlikely)
- This is a great opportunity to have your spouse
help!
- All signs will have to be returned to Mommy's
Secret after final pick-up
- Volunteers
must place signs for 4 weekends to receive your 4
hour volunteer pass. Additional placements
can earn you Mommy's Secret Bucks to use toward
your purchases! Sign

weekend Aug. 3rd
We
are adding a paid position for sign placement, if
you are interested please contact Lori at

- Don't forget - You get to shop FIRST by being a
volunteer. You can use sign placement to count for
4 hours toward a KEY Volunteer position.
Publicity:
If anyone is able to get us media coverage; TV,
Newspaper etc. this will count for your 4 Volunteer
hours.
Runners:
We need several Non-Working moms to run errands
during the day. You will be called and asked to
run short errands on a as needed basis. This is
something you can do while the kids are in school.
You can keep up with your time in order to reach your
4 hour credit.
Flyer
Distribution: Distribute flyers to local
daycares; we will supply you with a list of daycares.
Completion requires about 4 hours and counts toward
your key volunteer hours.
Flyer
Distribution to 4 of the Desoto County Schools
counts as one 4 hour shift. We will supply a
list of schools that have approved flyer distribution.
